MetricsMaze is a private, owner-operated analytics and content-planning workspace. This public website describes the tool and its data practices; it does not provide public account creation or sell access.
Authorized use
Use the private workspace only when its operator has authorized your access. Connect only accounts, channels and data sources you own or have permission to manage. Do not attempt to access another person's data or circumvent the workspace's access controls.
Connected services
MetricsMaze reads reports from services separately connected by its operator. Google and YouTube authorization is limited to the read-only permissions described in the Privacy Policy. It does not permit MetricsMaze to upload, edit or delete videos or act on a channel's behalf beyond reading authorized data.
Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Other connected services have their own applicable terms.
Reports and availability
Provider reports can be delayed, incomplete, rounded or temporarily unavailable. MetricsMaze can display the last saved report when a source cannot be reached. Its totals and comparisons depend on the reporting period, available data and source definitions. Original provider records remain authoritative.
The workspace is provided as available. Features and integrations may change or become unavailable. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or that a derived metric will match every provider interface.
Workspace records
Ideas, campaign assignments and publication checklist marks are records entered by the operator. A checklist mark does not itself publish content, establish a related video or confirm that an external platform accepted a scheduled post.
Access and data requests
The operator can restrict access or disconnect a source. Google permissions can also be revoked in your Google Account. Disconnection and requests to remove retained data are described in the Privacy Policy.
